HUMMUS AL BASILICO
Ingredienti: 250 gr di ceci lessati, 6 manciate di basilico, Olio evo q.b., Sale q.b., 1 spicchio d’aglio, peperoncino q.b., il succo di ½ limone
Procedimento: Tagliare il basilico a pezzetti e
aggiungerlo ai ceci già lessati (potete lessare quelli secchi o usare
quelli nelle scatole), aggiungere il succo di limone. Frullare il tutto aggiungendo a poco a poco
l’olio. Quando diventa cremoso, aggiungere le rimanenti spezie. Servire in una ciotola con delle crudités o su crostini di
pane.

Ingredients: 250 grams of boiled chickpeas, 6 handfuls of basil, extra virgin olive oil to taste, salt to taste, 1 clove of garlic, chilli pepper, the juice of ½ lemon
Procedure: 250 grams of boiled chickpeas, 6 handfuls of basil, extra virgin olive
oil to taste, salt to taste, 1 clove of garlic, chilli pepper, the juice
of ½ lemon
Method: Cut the basil into small pieces and add to the
already cooked chickpeas (you can boil dry ones or use the ones in the
boxes), add the lemon juice. Blend all the ingredients adding gradually
the oil. When it becomes creamy, add the remaining spices. Serve in a
bowl with crudités or on toasted bread.
