Fruit popsicles in Taiwan
Although some people think that this delicious fruit only contains water and sugar, watermelon has lots of nutrients and provides many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It is also a very healthy food and has a low amount of calories. 🍉🍉
Some wild fruits I picked in Santa Maria de Dota. They are blackberries and a kind of little berry that I haven’t been able to find its name but nevertheless ? yummy!

Maracuyá (passion fruit) is my favorite fruit, it is sweet, refreshing and easy to consume, rich in antioxidants, vitamins A and C, contributing to reduce the risk of multiple diseases, including cardiovascular, degenerative and even Cancer.
